Worth saying in your message

• What you were doing when it went wrong.
• What you expected instead.
• The phone or browser you were using.

None of it is required. A sentence saying something is broken is a perfectly good bug report.

Privacy and data requests

The same address. If you want your data, the export in Settings is faster than asking, and it is the same data. If you want it deleted, Settings can do that too, and it is immediate rather than a queue.

Something urgent about your dog

Call your vet, not us. We cannot help with anything medical and we may not read email for hours.
