What Siperro stores

Your email address and name, a hash of your password, and the household you belong to. For each dog: the name, breed or size, birthday, sex and photo you enter, and everything you log about them, which is activities, weigh-ins, measurements, health items, training progress, journal entries and any photos, videos or documents you upload.

Your password is stored as a bcrypt hash, never as text. Session tokens are stored hashed too, so a copy of the database does not let anyone sign in as you.

Who else can see it

The other people in your household, because that is what a household is. Nobody else. Siperro has no public profiles, no sharing between households, and no screen anywhere that shows another household’s dog.

Companies that process it for us

• Vercel, which serves the app.
• Railway, which runs the API and the database.
• Cloudflare R2, which stores photos, videos and documents.
• Resend, which sends the four emails Siperro sends: verify your address, reset your password, an invite, and a note if someone tries to sign up with your address.
• Anthropic, only if your household turns the assistant on, and only then. What is sent is described on the consent screen before you agree to it.
• Your browser’s push service, if you turn on notifications. Apple, Google or Mozilla depending on the device.

Data is stored in the United States.

Cookies

One cookie, which holds your session so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner asking you to accept it. There are no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind.

What we do not log

Server logs never contain email addresses, names, journal text or anything you ask the assistant. Error reports have their request bodies removed before they are sent.

Getting your data out, and deleting it

Settings has an export: one dog or all of them, as JSON, plus CSV for activities, check-ins and weights. You can delete your account at any time. If you are the last person in your household, the household and every dog in it go with you.

A household owner can delete the whole household. That is held for seven days first, so it can be undone, and then everything is removed including every stored file.

Siperro is for people aged 16 and over.
